Author Signing Booth - Final Payment
The Author Booth includes a table, two chairs, a black table cover, one author
badge, and one assistant badge. Additional assistant badges are $50 each.
ONLY PAY THIS PAYMENT IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY PAID THE DEPOSIT.
Terms and Conditions:
By submitting your payment you understand and agree that there will not be any
items sent to you. This payment is specifically for using a booth and the supplies listed
above at the event center.
All funds are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, if the event is canceled or the date is changed and you can no longer attend Romance Out West, we will schedule a full refund within 7-10 business days, if requested.
Your payment is due by May 31st, you can pay the full payment or a deposit. You must pay your deposit by May 31st and the final payment within 60 days to save your spot. If a payment is not made by May 31st, the booth will be forfeited and provided to the next person on our waitlist.
You agree to hold Romance Out West DBA Shaylee Allred LLC and its staff harmless from any damages, loss, liability, theft, claims, or expenses relating to the use of, or inability use of our services/event.
You agree that you have read these terms and conditions in their entirety and accept them.
Romance Out West does hold the right to terminate an author’s invite at any time should we feel that you have violated the terms and conditions above.
